Popular Singapore offers Standard Shipping within 3-5 working days after an order has been placed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).
Free Delivery is offered for orders above $70.
Orders below $70 will be charged based on the net weight (refer below for shipping rate).

General Return Policy

Under the general return policy, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns provided that it meets our strict return policy. If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order, please do the following to return your item to us:

 1 ) Contact us at popularonlinechat@popularworld.com to request your return (please provide your order number and the item/s you wish to return).

 2 ) Arrange for the item to be sent back to us.
- You may send the item back using a courier with tracking service to ensure that we receive the return
- Or we can also arrange for the item to be picked up from your address at a charge of $6.00
- Alternatively, you can drop off the goods yourself but please note our strict operating hours

 3 ) Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it meets our strict return policy (see below). If the returned item meets our requirements, you will receive the refund to your original payment method equal to the sales value of the item returned.

Please note that initial shipping charges for your order is non-refundable. We are unable to process any Returns or Exchanges at our Physical stores.

  • Item must be in new/unused and original condition with price tag attached
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition
  • Items that are bought under sale/promotion are not eligible for returns
  • Free gifts that are included in the order must also be returned as well
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order
  • Popular Singapore reserves the right to reject any return claim

Returned products will be assessed and inspected to ensure that the items meet the Return Policy requirements. This process may take up to 3 working days. Popular Singapore reserves the right to reject any return in the event that the assessment of the returned item is in an unacceptable condition.

Once the Returned product is approved for return, a notification will be sent to the buyer via email address. Amount will be refunded through the original payment mode.

  • Items on Sale or Promotion

Return & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges, you may get in touch with us at popularonlinechat@popularworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order Number
  • Pictures of item received (include barcode)
  • Information on item
  • Reason for return or exchange


Damaged/Defective item upon receiving
Investigations will be carried to determine the cause of the defect and if we find that we have sent a defective item we will arrange for the item to be picked up and sent back to us.

Arrangements will be made for 1-to-1 exchange at your address. Please make sure you hang on to the original packaging, box and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on Popular.

Incorrect item upon receiving
We will ascertain the reason for the discrepancy. If we find that the item has been delivered incorrectly, we will arrange for the a 1-to-1 exchange at your address.

Missing item upon receiving
To assist with our internal investigations, we will require pictures of the packing materials alongside the items you have received. If we are able to ascertain that the items was not included in the delivery, we will send out the item that was left out.



Warranty Claims

For products that come with a warranty period, you may get in touch with us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name/Barcode number

Once we identify the item, further instructions on the warranty claim will be sent to you.
